In this series, we will explore the parables of Luke 15—The Lost Sheep, The Lost Coin, and The Lost Son. Like every parable, these are more than simple stories about a shepherd, a woman, and a father; they reveal the boundless love and grace of God. While we often identify with the characters who search for the lost, these parables invite us to recognize that, ultimately, it is God who relentlessly seeks, finds, and restores what is lost. As we explore these parables, we will discover how God's love and grace are manifest in the pursuit of each one of us, and how God’s grace calls us to understand our place in the story of redemption.

In a world where forgiveness is sometimes seen as optional, the Bible teaches that forgiveness is essential to our lives. Forgiveness frees us from bitterness, heals our relationships, and empowers us to live in the fullness of God’s love – if we learn to forgive and be forgiven. This sermon series invites us to experience the transformative power of forgiveness in every area of life. We’ll explore God’s forgiveness that is equally available to all people, the courage required to forgive others, the often-overlooked need to forgive ourselves, and how we can live as forgiven people who extend grace to the world around us. Through this series, we will be challenged to lay down grudges, release shame, and embrace a life marked by freedom and reconciliation. Through forgiveness, we are not only healed but empowered to bring God’s healing love to a broken world.
