On the 2nd Sunday of each month, we cook and serve dinner at the Salvation Army. Volunteers are needed to cook and serve as well as donations are accepted of both specific food items or monetary contributions. Contact Coordinator Kayla Jones with questions.

Support the Dinners

You can support our monthly dinners by donating to the church. Click the link, select the Missions Fund, and write Salvation Army Dinner in the memo line. You can also support the work by purchasing gift cards through our partner RaiseRight. Read more below.

How can shopping support this mission? First Church partners with Raise Right (also called Shop with Scrip) to sell gift cards. These cards are sold at face value and the church earns a small percentage of each sale. The proceeds from the sale of these gift cards supports missions such as this dinner to offset the cost.
